With each acquisition the Company retains a principal role and serves as the asset & property manager of each investment. When founded in 2003, the Company then offered Financial, Sales and Management consultative services for complex commercial real estate and development projects. The Company's first assignment was to create, implement and manage the marketing & sales process and procedures from the United States for a new international resort development on Ambergris Caye, Belize called Blue Reef Resort. From 2003-2015 the company has led the development, acquisition and/or, disposition of over $100mm of resort condominiums, mixed use retail & office and luxury fractional single family residences and multi-family projects throughout the Southeastern US.
